The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only domvs-surfaces.com and are not related to any other conditions that are applied in stores. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using the website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to serve you better, we may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website. COLORS OF ACCURACY AND LISTINGS
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.
SAMPLES
The Buyer acknowledges the goods made from a natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, decorative and glazed material will vary in shading, color and texture. Samples are only to provide an indication of a general color and quality. The buyer acknowledges that such variance of shade, color, size and texture is acceptable.
PAYMENT
A signed Quote / Sales Order is required to initiate order. 100% of payment is due before release of all products on all orders. 50% deposit is required to begin production on all custom and special orders. Balance due prior to release of product. Please allow 24-48 hours to pull orders after receipt of payment. All Sales are final, No exceptions.
DELIVERIES
Kindly note that all deliveries will be made curbside only. Our drivers are not contracted to manually unload the crates or carry stone through the gates or any other movement other than simply unloading the crate from the vehicle. If necessary, client must provide the personnel to do so on the day of delivery. Driver is not responsible for handing tiles so please ensure that you have a laborer available to do so. If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, crates will be delivered to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.
DAMAGES
Pallets must be inspected at point of delivery and any obvious damage is recorded on the delivery note. Please inform Domvs Surfaces at your earliest convenience. Excessive damages or shortage must be reported to Domvs Surfaces within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURNS
Due to the variation which occurs in natural stone, Ceramic, porcelain, decorative and glazedmaterial we operate a no return, no cancellation policy. It should be noted that any surplus tile is worth keeping if they will be from the same batch as your original order and can be utilized after tiles have been installed.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price on the website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.

Please do not copy images or content found on the website. The entire content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images is copyrighted as a collective work under United States and international copyright laws, and is the property of the Company. The collective work includes works that are licensed to the Company.
